Criteria to Rent

Thank you for the opportunity to consider your application for rental occupancy.  Please review the criteria below, and be sure to answer all of the following questions, as failure to do so will be grounds for denial. 

Do you have a history of:

            1.         Eviction or unlawful detainers?                        

            2.         Outstanding balance(s) from the past?          

            3.         Poor rental reference?                                     

            4.         Broken Lease Agreements?                        

            5.         Any criminal history in the last 7 years?          

            6.         If so, what type of criminal history?              

If you answered “yes” to any of the above, please carefully considering submitting the attached Rental Application as you will most likely denied. 

            7.         Are you over the age of 18?                           

            8.        Do you have verifiable income?                     

            9.        Do you have verifiable rental history?          

            10.       Can you provide supporting documentation for all sources of income?                              

If you answered “no” to any of questions 7-10, you will most likely need a co-signer.  To qualify as a co-signer, you must be a Washington state resident, have verifiable income and a good credit history, at a minimum. 

At the time of application, each applicant must pay a non-refundable $35.00 application fee.  An investigation will be made into your credit, criminal, rental and employment background.  Falsification of an application is grounds for immediate denial.
